Vinification

Harvested by hand, the grapes are pressed to extract the juice, the aromas and few tannins. The vinification of this Crémant de Bordeaux is made according to the traditional method: the juice is fermented first at low temperature to preserve the freshness of this sparkling wine, then the wine is bottled and starts a second fermentation that lasts 9 months. It is this second fermentation that gives the wine its bubbles.

Sensory characteristics

COLOUR : A rose colour, with very fine and intense bubbles.
NOSE : Very fine and pleasant, with red fruits notes.
PALATE : A fine, fruity wine. Highly aromatic, with a long and complex final.

Recommandations

Parfait à l’apéritif, ses notes fruitées sauront aussi s’accorder harmonieusement avec les tartes raffinées et les cocktails de fruits.
