The grapes are harvested when ripe, and destemmed. The juice is tank fermented at a controlled temperature for 10 to 14 days. Tank matured a racked every day.

Serve with every kind of grilled red meat and meat in sauce, game and cheese, like camembert, cantal, goat’s cheese… or even with a Burgundy Fondue.
Serving condition in °C : 16 – 18°C
